Throughout the course of this semester, our class has been learning how to correctly write an essay. We had several essays throughout the semester. Within these essays, we learned how to do things such as block quotations, signal phrases, parenthetical citations, hanging indents, and embedded quotations. These skills have strengthed the arguments that were being talked about in all of the essays. Adding these aspects to a paper make your claim better, as you have backed up everything with more information and better tactics to provide that information for the readers. In my significant writing project, I incorporate each of these aspects. For example, at the bottom of page two, I inserted a blockquote. The reason for inserting this was to strengthen my argument. And with the implementation of this blockquote, I have successfully strengthed that part of my paper.
